Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to my TOS.

General

⁃ By commissioning me you are agreeing that you are 18+, OR that you have the permission of an adult to commission work from me.⁃ All prices are final and non-negotiable.⁃ I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.⁃ You must provide clear 2D references for your character. I will not take writing/descriptions alone as a form of reference(s) for a character.⁃ Do not alter any artwork created by me without my permission.⁃ Your character's colors may be altered to better match my art style.

Usage

⁃ Any artwork created by me is for personal usage only unless we have discussed commercial usage beforehand.↪ Commercial usage will incur an additional fee equivalent to 40-50% of the commission's final price (depending on the size and type of artwork). Commercial usage includes using my artwork to create any profit (videos, selling posters, stickers, album covers, streaming, etc). If you are unsure if something is considered commercial usage or not, please contact me.⁃ You may use the artwork as decorations (pfp, banners, etc) as long as it's still for personal use.⁃ You may not use my art for any AI art or NFTs. If caught doing so, you will be permanently blacklisted and banned from my services.⁃ No matter where you use the artwork, you must properly credit me (URL link or @ that links directly back to me).

Intellectual Property Rights

I reserve the right to upload any artwork to use on my website, portfolio, or any kind of self-promotion. This refers to only the artwork itself, not the character(s) depicted within the artwork.

Payments

⁃ Payments are only accepted through Paypal and will be sent through an Invoice. I only accept USD and I will not start on your commission until the payment has been recieved.⁃ Payment must be sent within 24-48 hours of your commission being accepted. Failure to receive the payment within the allotted time frame will result in your slot being voided on my queue.⁃ Payment plans are available for orders over $250. A 35% non-refundable deposit is required upfront when requesting a payment plan. Payment plan durations may be 2-3 months. Please be sure you will be able to pay off the commission(s) when requesting a payment plan.

Refunds

⁃ A refund may be requested if three months have passed and you have not received your commission. Refunds will not be offered before the time frame stated above.⁃ You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. Doing so will result in you being blacklisted and banned from my services. If you have any concerns regarding your commission and the payment, please contact me.

Turnaround Time

⁃ Unless a deadline has been discussed and set, the turnaround time for artwork can be a few days to three months depending on IRL circumstances and the size of my current queue. Larger orders, such as reference sheets and Vtuber Models/Rigging, may take longer.⁃ If the art piece is needed by a certain date and a deadline is wanting to be set, I will charge an additional rush fee. The rush fee will cost the equivalent of 45% of the commission's final cost.

Delivery

⁃ Finished commissions will be delivered via a Sta.sh or Google Doc link. ⁃ Please be sure to download your commission file(s) as soon as possible. Commission files will remain on my computer for up to six months before they are deleted. If you request the files again after six months has passed, I may be unable to provide the files.

Revisions and Edits

⁃ Revisions can be made during the sketching and lining phase of the artwork. Any revision requests made after I get to coloring/painting may incur a fee. ⁃ I will not make any major revision or changes to an art piece once it's been finalized and handed off to you unless it's something that I missed.

WIPs and Previews

⁃ I will send WIPS when there is an update to be given. If I haven't sent you a sketch yet, it most likely means I haven't started yet OR it is not finished enough to be sent out for approval.⁃ You may ask for an update or preview at any time.⁃ I usually don't work on commissions during the weekends, so it's unlikely that I will send any WIPs during that time.⁃ If I don't receive a reply to a preview approval request within 4 days, I will assume everything looks okay and will proceed with your commission without approval.
